NCEA Level 1 or equivalent.
Qualification awarded
New Zealand Certificate in Makeup and Skincare Level 3
Eligibility for Credit Recognition entry to the Certificate in Makeup Artistry for Fashion Film & Media (Level 4)

A comprehensive 16-week programme designed to provide an introduction to makeup and skincare.
In this Level 3 programme, you will gain foundation skills and knowledge to undertake a range of makeup and skincare services, including consultations and product advice with clients, and makeup application for a range of different looks from evening, bridal, special occasion to daytime makeup.
Start your career as a Makeup Artist! This course will provide you with all the skills and technical know-how to assess a client’s skin and apply a range of makeup looks.
You’ll graduate prepared for a job with a top cosmetic house, to work as an entry level makeup artist, or with the skills to continue into our Level 4 Makeup Artistry programme.
