National Certificate in Nail Technology:

Protect health and safety in the workplace

Perform a manicure and/or pedicure service as an independent beauty services operator
- Sell goods and services as an independent operator in beauty services
- Demonstrate and apply knowledge of small business practise for the beauty services industry
- Explain the role and responses of human cells and tissues
- Explain the role and responses of the human integumentary system
- Perform nail augmentation services as an independent beauty services operator
- Provide reception services for the beauty industry
- Manage first aid in emergency situations
- Provide first aid
- Provide resuscitation level 2
