This intensive full time course offers excellent employment outcomes,  “Complementary therapists work with an holistic approach, i.e. they treat the person as a whole, body, mind and soul”.

Massage therapists are on the highest earning scale for beauty/body therapy with those who choose to graduate onto luxury cruise liners, earning $5600 (tax free) a month, plus all living expenses paid for while cruising the world for free.  There are many luxurious day spas within New Zealand that constantly need trained therapists. On the most recently graduated course we achieved a 100% employment success. The wide variety of skills and qualifications offered within this course ensures that we offer arguably the best massage course within the bay and Waikato.

Qualifications include:
- Certificate in Beauty Therapy (Local)
- NZQA National Certificate in Body Therapy  (Level 5) (National)
- International Therapy Examination Council:
- ITEC~Diploma in Spa Treatments 
- ITEC~Diploma in Stone massage treatments 
- ITEC~Diploma in Reflexology 
- ITEC~Diploma in Aromatherapy 
- ITEC~Diploma in Indian Head Massage

- $6500 (Student loan available to cover course fees if eligible)
Course content:
- Anatomy & Physiology
- Chemistry
- Figure diagnosis
- Nutrition 
- Swedish body massage
- Heat and electrical body treatments
- Spa body treatments
- Stone Therapy
- Advanced Aromatherapy
- Reflexology
- Indian Head Massage
- Reiki 1.
Duration:
- 40 weeks (4 days a week, 9am -4pm)
- Or 3 days a week if you are a NZ qualified Beautician.
